Unit has a strict No Smoking policy – security deposit will be retained for non-compliance. No excessive drinking, partying or noise in the unit at any time. Pets are not permitted. Skis, poles and snowboards are to be stored in locker and not to be taken inside the main condo. Top bunks of bunk beds are limited to persons weighing less than 150lbs; no boisterous play on top bunks. Linens, towels and toiletries are supplied. There is no daily housekeeping service. IP TV and unlimited High Speed Internet are included. Free on-site parking, subject to space availability.
